A PC card interface 65 detect the mounting of a PC card 9. A memory stick interface 66 detects the mounting of a memory stick 10. A superimpose part 68 outputs a video signal for displaying a first icon to a monitor 5 when the PC card 9 is mounted based on the detection of the PC card interface 65, and outputs a video signal for displaying a second icon when the memory stick 10 is mounted based on the detection of the memory stick interface 66.
