Abstract:
To print a Web page in simple layout by reducing the labor of a user or the waste of a print resource in Web page printing.
A layout generation part 304 acquires elements (tag information) from a source (Web data) acquired from a server by a source acquisition part 301, and lays out and displays the elements, and acquires information checked with respect to the displayed elements. A check element collecting part collects hierarchies below the elements for every checked element. A print control part 307 generates print data by taking into consideration the print setting from the collected elements, and transmits the print data to the printer.
