To reduce measurement errors in drawing processing time.
The presence of a halt condition in drawing processing is detected by processing with a halt condition detecting part 54, a detected result is supplied to a drawing processing time calculation part 55, and a drawing processing time is measured precisely. In concrete expression, the propriety as a CAD application program is determined for an application program of an operation object, and the drawing processing time is counted only in a drawing data of the operation object, when the application program of the operation object is the CAD application program. The present invention is applicable, for example, for a personal computer for executing the CAD application program.
