A broadcast schedule storage section 110 stores normal broadcast schedule information and change time broadcast schedule information. A normal broadcast schedule shows a broadcast schedule when a first program is broadcast as scheduled. A change time broadcast schedule shows a broadcast schedule when a broadcast time zone of the first program is changed. A display screen generating section 120 displays the normal broadcast schedule on a display unit in response to the normal broadcast schedule information, and displays the change time broadcast schedule on the same display unit in response to the change time broadcast schedule information. A detailed information registration section 130 receives detailed information inputted from a plurality of persons in charge and stores it in the broadcast schedule storage section 110.
