The information processor capable of executing an application program includes: a feature extraction part for extracting a feature range; a position setting part for generating position setting information by associating the feature range with the position coordinates of the feature range, and for storing the position setting information in a storage part; and an execution control part for, when an input is performed by using a direction key, selecting the feature range lying in a direction shown by the direction key, and for outputting selection range information showing a display place corresponding to the feature range and selection display information showing the way of displaying the display place to a display control part, and for, when the display place corresponding to the currently-selected feature range is selected by using a determination key, generating determination information showing that the display place has been selected by using a touch panel, and for outputting the determination information to an input control part.
