Abstract:
To provide an information providing device and an information display device which easily display an objective Web page in a frame of the Web page.
This information providing device for transmitting the Web page to a terminal based on a request from the terminal connected through a network, has a frame page creating means for creating a frame page divided in a plurality of frames and displaying specified information based on identification information included in a universal resource locator (URL) designated in the request from the terminal, in a prescribed frame out of the plurality of frames in response to the request from the terminal.
