This invention includes: a three-dimensional image conversion part 101 which converts aerial photographs A and B of one area taken at two different points into three-dimensional image data; a three-dimensional advertisement information database 105 which stores unit records of advertisement information added to the three-dimensional image data; a clock part 104 which manages the current date and time; a three-dimensional image composition part 102 which takes advertisement contents whose publication period includes the current date and time by referring to a three-dimensional advertisement information database 105, adds them to the three-dimensional image data, and outputs the composite three-dimensional image data; and a three-dimensional image browser 103 which receives the composite three-dimensional image data, presents three-dimensional image solid representation according to viewpoint position information from a user, and generates three-dimensional solid expression from a new viewpoint point again and presents it when the new viewpoint position is specified.
