Abstract:
To provide an information providing device, an information providing system, and an information providing method that can easily and conveniently provide determination materials for an early evacuation determination such as disaster information and the location of a shelter in a disaster site.SOLUTION: An information providing device of the embodiment includes a message transceiving unit and a retrieving unit. The message transceiving unit transmits and receives messages with a user's communication device using a communication application. The retrieving unit retrieves an evacuation support information that is a determination material for an evacuation determination during a disaster according to an inquiry from the communication device or the location of the communication device.
