A transmission/reception part 27 receives mobile operation state information showing an operation state of a terminal device 4 from the terminal device 4. The control part 26 selects one or multiple pieces of specific information on image processing that can be executed by the image processing device 2 on the basis of the device operation state information and the mobile operation state information. When transmitting multiple pieces of specific information to the terminal device 4, the transmission/reception part 27 transmits multiple pieces of specific information to which priority is attached according to the operation state in the image processing device 2 and the terminal device 4, to the terminal device 4 on the basis of the priority.
