Abstract:
To provide an information providing system in which information corresponding to a status of electronic equipment is reported without disturbing an ordinary operation of the electronic equipment.
Management apparatus is notified of the information on the status of the electronic equipment, prescribed information corresponding to the reported information is detected, and an icon based on icon information linked to the prescribed information is displayed on a display part of the electronic equipment. When the icon is operated, prescribed information linked to the icon is displayed.
