To realize an information provision supporting service system supporting a search for a counterpart on a network between multiple information providers and information beneficiaries, using the network for transmitting/ receiving information, and providing a means for making settlmen of charge accompanying the information exchange.

This system provides a means (bulletin board), in which the information provider or beneficiary uses a specific nickname for receiving service anonymously and information desired/supplied by the information provider or beneficiary is opened to the public on the Internet, and a means (a mail or a chat on the WEB) for negotiating with the counterpart matching a mutual demand. Before receipt of the information, the information beneficiary makes a payment to an organization performing the service, and the information provider receives the payment from the organization carrying out the service after the information is provided by the information provider.
