PURPOSE: To precisely and efficiently perform a preparation and edition of document on a display picture by consulting the balance, etc., of paper size, printing extent, and the interval of printing line, by using an information-recorded magnetically recording medium on which layout sheet information for document is recorded.

CONSTITUTION: Graduated orthogonal coordinate axes 2 and 3 are set on the form 1 of an information-recorded magnetically recording medium to be used for word processors and graduations in the unit of printing interval of a printer device are marked on one coordinate axis 2. Graduations in the unit of printing line interval of the printer device are marked on the other coordinate axis 3. Furthermore, segments 4W8 indicating paper sizes and/or L-shaped lines 9W11 indicating printing papers are printed on the form 1. In addition to the above, numeral rows 12 and 13 are printed against the graduated coordinate axes 12 and 13 of the form 1, respectively. This form 1 is prepared as an accessory of word processors and the layout is outputted at the time of the preparation of document. Therefore, the preparation of document can be performed efficiently when this layout is consulted.
