PURPOSE: To reproduce a voice data the same as the recording of a character or a picture by recording the voice data on a sheet as a visual image in the unit of dots and reading the data with a scanner.

CONSTITUTION: A printer recording a visual image in the unit of dots on a sheet is provided, and a sound/electric converting means 11 conveying a sound wave into an electric signal, a digital conversion means converting the electric signal into a digital data, a storage means storing the conversion data of the digital conversion means and a print command means storing the conversion data given to the storage means and commanding the print while giving the data in the storage means are provided. Thus, the voice data is recorded visually on paper or equivalent sheet the same as the recording of a character or a picture conventionally.
