CONSTITUTION: A reference request statement or the like is read from a FAX A for transmission, and reference request information is transmitted through a communication line C to an information processor D. A receiving means E of the information processor D receive this information and after a reference contents discriminating means G discriminates reference contents based on the received reference request information, the answer information is prepared by an answer information preparing means H and transmitted through the communication line to a FAX B for reception, which is decided by a reception facsimile equipment deciding means I, by a transmitting means F. The FAX for reception receives the answer information and outputs it to a medium.
