To provide an information reporting method using e-mail capable of independently transmitting and reporting only information necessary for an information user.

This method comprises a processing for preliminarily registering monitoring period and monitoring point information for information providing by e-mail using a communication network 14; a processing for periodically acquiring information necessary for information providing from various information providers 13; a processing for collating the registered information stored by the registration of the monitoring period and monitoring point information with the acquired information; and a processing for performing, as the result of collation, an information providing based on the registered information to a registered e-mail address by e-mail using the communication network 14.
