PURPOSE: To provide an information service frequency extending system where an inherent number once stored can be used for a long period with the extension of its effective frequency and effective period even if these remaining frequency and period are reduced and also a new inherent number can be acquired, as well.
CONSTITUTION: An information service frequency extending system is provided with a receiving means (b) which receives the specific number of an information service card received from an information service user via an information charge collection substitute service in the communication circuit of a company of the first kind, a counting means (c) which counts the using time of the information charge collection substitute service, an integrating means (d) which integrates the extended frequency and the extended period based on the time counted by the means (c), and a substituting means (e) which adds the extended frequency and period obtained by the means (d) to the effective frequency and the effective period of the information service card corresponding to the inherent number received by the means (b) and stored in a storage means (a) to send these added frequencies and periods to the means (a) as a new effective frequency and a new effective period and substitutes the storage of the effective frequency and the effective period.
