Abstract:
To appropriately collect answers for a question.
A relay device comprises: a user information registering unit which acquires positional information of a vehicle; a question content identifying unit which identifies question content from question information when receiving the question information from a portable terminal device; a request destination extracting unit which extracts vehicles as answer request destinations based on the positional information acquired by the user information registering unit and the question content identified by the question content identifying unit; and an answer request transmitting unit which transmits answer requests for the question content to the vehicles extracted as answer request destinations.
