PURPOSE: To always provide up-to-date information to the user receiving information in the information serving service handling information changing dynamically.

CONSTITUTION: The system consists of an information serving service equipment 101 and a user terminal equipment 107 located at the user. The information serving service equipment 101 synthesizes ID representing classification of information with the served information and sends the synthesized information from a transmitter 105. Upon the receipt of the information, the user terminal equipment 107 discriminates whether or not the ID separated from the information is registered in the user terminal equipment 107 and when registered, the received information is registered in a database 112. The information registered in the database 112 is displayed on a display section 115 on a request from the user given through an entry section 114. An information processing section 113 processes display data in the event of display.
