Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a user to recognize a write inhibited state at a glance even in the case of a compact and thin type memory module to be used for the sharing of data between electronic equipments for information processing or the like.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of turning a memory module 11 to a write inhibited state e.g. a conductive seal 16 is stuck to a prescribed position of a supporting body 12. The module 11 is constituted so as to visually recognize its write inhibited state by the seal 16. In the case of fitting the module 11 to a connector part 22 of a card-like holder 21, plural connector pins 25 are mutually connected through the seal 16, so that a write inhibiting mechanism can be attained at a low cost.
