A terminal 3 at an information provider side stores various information and transmits a file attached with the own IP address to a server 2. The server 2 acquires the transmitted file to store the acquired file, in response to a request from a terminal 4 at an information receiver side, transmits the stored file and transmits the IP address which is attached in the file. The terminal 4 at the information receiver side acquires the transmitted file to acquire the IP address attached in the transmitted file, and acquires various information from the terminal 3 at the information provider side on the basis of the acquired IP address.
