To provide an information supplying system using a communication line extremely promptly connected to an installation terminal by a registered user.
The installation terminal includes a self-connection function of determining the difference between an old IP address and a newly provided IP address due to re-assignment of the IP address of the installation terminal, performing, when they are different from each other, a connection process to a management computer by itself, and requesting a new IP address to be updated and registered based on its own installation terminal ID. The management computer side manages the IP address of the installation terminal, and thereby an information terminal of the registered user can be linked to the corresponding installation terminal via the Internet. Since the installation terminal can request the management computer to register or to update and register an IP address provided when newly connected or re-connected to the Internet, the management condition of the IP address of the installation terminal by the management computer can be improved.
