To provide an information transmission device capable of efficient information transmission with high reliability using audio.

The information transmission device includes a spread code generation part for generating a plurality of spread codes; a data symbol input part for sequentially inputting data symbols therein; a spread modulation part for sequentially selecting spread codes from among the plurality of spread codes, based on the data symbols sequentially input from the data symbol input part, and forming dummy zones (for instance spaces) in boundaries of the sequentially selected spread codes; and an audio output part for outputting a spread code output from the spread modulation part as audio. By forming the dummy zone in the boundary of the spread codes corresponding to the data symbol, interference between the anterior and posterior spread codes is eliminated, and correlation characteristics can be kept properly.
