Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily check the transmission of information and to remarkably improve the transmission, management and working efficiency of information.
CONSTITUTION: A specific personal code inputted by a key 6 is compared with a reading permitted personal code stored in an IC card 3 by a CPU 8, and when both the codes coincide with each other as the result of comparison, reading information stored in the IC card 3 is displayed on a display 2. When the reading information is displayed, reading person name data and reading date data are written in the IC card 3, and at the time of inputting additional data, the additional data and the output destination data of the additional data are written in the IC card 3.
