Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain an infrared absorption type humidity fluctuation meter without a voltage drift in a circuit element and for which the statistical technique is utilizable for the operating process.
CONSTITUTION: An output of a detector which is an output of an amplifier 5 is A/D converted by an A/D converter 9 via a multiplexer 7 and a sample hold circuit 8, and written into a RAM 14 by a CPU 16. A direct current component is obtained from the data written in the RAM 14, and input to a D/A converter 10. At this time, the multiplexer 7 is switched to the side of a differential amplifier 6. Consequently, the fluctuation component of the detector output is outputted from the differential amplifier 6 and then A/D converted by the A/D converter 9 via the multiplexer 7 and the sample hold circuit 8. The output is sampled at many points by the CPU 16. The fluctuation component/detector output is generated from a D/A converter 15.
