Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a colored infrared photographing picture high in quality in a real time by providing plural optical filters for selectively transmitting or reflecting an infrared wave length area and plural image pickup means for respectively picking up the infrared ray images obtained by the plural optical filters. CONSTITUTION:Band pass filters 11A, 11B, 11C for transmitting the respectively different infrared wave length areas are respectively disposed between respective dichroic mirrors 2 and 3 and the respective image pickup elements 5, 6 and 7. The infrared ray image pickup signals of the respectively different wave length areas obtained by the respective image pickup elements 5, 6 and 7 are inputted to a signal processing circuit 8 and converted into for instance, NTSC color composite video signals. The color composite video signal from the signal processing circuit 8 is projected on a color monitor TV9 and further recorded on a video tape recorder (VTR)10. Accordingly, the colored infrared photographing picture is obtained in a real time without using a computer or the like.
