Abstract:
To perform good shrink coating by supplying a hot blast and heat to a required portion, in a heater to be used for coating an empty PET bottle with a PET film.
A heat treatment apparatus 1 includes a plurality of sectioned treatment chambers, wherein a heater 20 comprising infrared lamps 21 to 23 and a hot blast circulator 30 are provided for a resin container such as a PET bottle carried by a belt 16. A heating direction controller 40 for controlling heat and blast is provided, so that heating function can be applied to an arbitrary portion of the resin container passing through a heat treatment section 6.
