Abstract:
To provide an infrared sensor device having a plurality of sensor functions which are different from each other in a relatively simple constitution.
A selecting device 24 selectively supplies one of driving signals outputted from respective driving control circuits 22, 23 to a pixel array 21 according to selection signals inputted from the outside, to thereby drive one pixel array 21 in a plurality of operation modes different from each other. By selectively outputting detection signals in each operation mode from the pixel array 21 by respective outputting circuits 26, 27, a plurality of sensor functions different from each other can be provided in a relatively simple constitution.
