Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute the correspondence of food material names for judging whether plural food material names represent the same food material. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a morpheme analysis means 205 for analyzing the morpheme of each of plural food material names to be judged, a retrieval means 206 for retrieving the name of a character string matching with the character string of each word obtained as the result of morpheme analysis from a food material body name DB 202, a food material body portion name DB 203 and a food material body treatment type name DB 204 by decomposing the food material name into a food material body/portion/treatment type and relating a called name to a standardized name, a substitution means 207 for substituting a food material name, constituted of the character string of a stored standardized name for the food material name to be judged, when the name having the same character string is stored in the database, and a judgment means 208 for judging whether plural food material names express the same food material, by comparing the substituted character strings of plural food material names with each other.
