This method for inhibiting a braking retardation of a stopping of weaving in the woven fabric by starting the switching step for discontinuation of the weaving step by the electric signal output when the weft is broken between a yarn storing drum and a pre-winder of a weft supplier, or an electric signal detecting an attainment of the yarn to another standard previously set in a program controller. Preferably, the standard previously set in the controller is a prescribed weft inserting time in a continuous weaving without interruption.
