Abstract:
To provide a method of treating and preventing cardiac hypertrophy, where HDAC inhibitors inhibit the cardiac hypertrophy by inhibiting a fetal cardiac gene expression of an embryo and an interfering construction of the myotome.
The method treating the morbid cardiac hypertrophy and cardiac comprises (a) a step identifying a patient having the morbid cardiac hypertrophy, and (b) a step administering a Histone deacetylase inhibitor to the patient.
