PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up a process for actuating a network by parallelizing lock processes of all subscriber machines of a network. SOLUTION: In the network, a clock signal generated at one network position is sent as a continuous data stream, and respective network subscriber machines I to IV after receiving the data stream enters the lock processes to the specific frequency of the clock signal and send the data stream to next subscriber machines after the completion of the lock processes. Each of the subscriber machines I to IV once receiving the data stream and divides the data stream into two before starting the lock process to the clock frequency to make use of one part for the lock process of the subscriber machine and transfers the other part to the next subscriber machine immediately.
