Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an injection molding method of a light alloy injecting material, by which the solid-state light alloy injecting material is smoothly supplied into a cylinder barrel from a hopper and the quality of a mold product is not lowered.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of obtaining the mold product from the light alloy injecting material with an injection molding machine provided with a hopper 20 incorporating the solid state light alloy injecting material, a cylinder barrel 1 provided with an injection nozzle 3 at the tip, a screw 15 arranged so as to be driven in the rotating and axial directions in the cylinder barrel 1 and driving devices 30, 31 for driving the screw 15, the inner part of the hopper 20 is made to an inner gas atmosphere during preparing time of the molding start, during time interrupting the molding during a prescribed time or more and during a prescribed time after completing the molding. By this method, the screw supplying part 16 below the hopper 20 and the tip of the injection nozzle 3 are made to the inert gas atmosphere.
