The injection gas deflecting burner ring for a gas table forms a guide wall 2 for altering to inject gas to the inside of an incombustible ring 1. A half-burn sensing temperature sensor D is provided at the part of its outside, and a cutout 4 is provided at the part corresponding to an ignition plug E, and further a gas conducting hole 5 is opened at the same position. When it is disposed along the side of a burner cap A, the gas injecting direction is altered to the front surface, becoming the state near perpendicular direction, combustion flame is concentrated near the center of the bottom of a pot to remarkably improve the thermal efficiency, thereby making it possible to reduce the cooking time and gas dissipation as well.
