Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a formed body having no poor exterior appearance such as the weld at a C surface part or the like by a method wherein the C surface of a mold, which has the C surface structure on the tip side of an outer diameter, is formed by an ejector sleeve.
CONSTITUTION: In order to mold a cylindrical formed body having a C surface at its tip by the structure having two side gates 6a and 6b, an ejector sleeve 5a, the cylindrical C surface of which lines in a cavity 4 and which serves for preventing turbulent jetting due to resin flowing in through two point gates 6a and 6b from occurring and for an ejector pin in combination, is provided so as to realize uniform resin filling.
