Projected portions 32s forming the portions corresponding to each of ink discharging flow paths of the flow path surface at small intervals and grooves 32g between adjacent projected portions 32a are respectively formed at the front edge of an ink flow path molding die 32. The width dimension of the front edge of the thin plate-like ink flow path molding die 32 corresponds to the length of the arranging direction of the ink discharging flow path. An inclined surface 32s forming the inner portion of the ink discharging port forming surface which ranges to and crosses each of the ink discharging flow paths is formed to range to the front end surface on the other end surface of the ink flow path molding die 32. The inclined surface 32 is, for example, inclined by about 1 degree with respect to the other end surface. The average surface roughness over the surface of the inclined surface 32s is 0.02 μm or less.
