Abstract:

To provide a planar injection molding having low frequency magnetic field wave shieldability which exhibits excellent shieldability of low frequency magnetic field waves generated from electric and electronic apparatus for the home, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.

The planar injection molding having low frequency magnetic field wave shieldability is composed of a thermoplastic resin composition containing (A) 5-50 vol% of flat soft-magnetic powder having a median size d50 of 5-100 μm and an aspect ratio of 10 or higher, and (B) 95-50 vol% of thermoplastic resin. The flat soft-magnetic powder of the (A) component is contained while being oriented in a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction. When the planar injection molding is a flat plate of 120 mm length, 120 mm width and 2 mm thickness, the magnetic field wave shield effect in a frequency range of 0.1-100 MHz is 8 dB or higher.
