Abstract:
To provide an injection molding machine capable of extending a life of a ball screw by preventing deterioration of lubricity and deviation of heat generating parts even under molding conditions of a short injection stroke.SOLUTION: An injection molding machine includes: a screw that is provided so as to be drivable in a rotational direction and an axial direction in a cylinder having a nozzle at a tip; a drive device that drives the screw; and a control device that controls an operation of the drive device. The drive device includes: a ball screw shaft provided rotatably; a nut that is screwed onto the ball screw shaft and moves back and forth as the ball screw shaft rotates; and a ball screw that drives the screw in the axial direction by moving the nut back and forth. The control device sequentially moves a screw position before and after injection in a molding process cycle so that a range of the nut's advance and retreat movement in the molding process cycle is distributed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
