Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably injection-molding a finely expandable material containing fine bubbles and an apparatus for the method.
SOLUTION: In the method for extrusion-molding the finely expandable material in which a blowing agent is added into a resin in a screw extruder, the molten resin is kneaded and extruded from a die via a cylinder part so that the finely expandable material, in which fine bubbles are dispersed, is extrusion-molded continuously, the velocity of the molten resin passing through the cylinder part is 2 m/s of below. This method is used in an extrusion molding machine for producing the finely expandable material.
