Abstract:
PURPOSE: To affix a decorating sheet on a hardened resin main simultaneously with the injection-forming, and perform a positioning for the shape of respective completed articles and a pattern at a high precision even when a continuous foil decorating sheet is used.
CONSTITUTION: A decorating sheet 32 supplied from a roll 34 runs while covering the opening of a female die 18, and taken up by a take-up roll 36. A heating plate 44 and frame member 46 integrally move in the running direction of the decorating sheet 32 or in the direction perpendicular to the running direction of the sheet 32, and a positioning for the sheet 32 and heating plate 44 is performed. The sheet 32 is gripped between the heating plate 44 and frame member 46, and the heating plate 44 and frame member 46 are integrally carried, and the sheet 32 sticks on the forming surface of the female die 18. The female die 18 and a male die 16 are combined, and from the male die 16 side, a molten resin is injected, and the sheet 32 and injected resin are integrated.
