Abstract:
PURPOSE: To treat a molded piece by exerting a pressing force on an injected resin in molds by an ejector means.
CONSTITUTION: As a means for pressing and compressing a resin in molds 1 and 2, an ejector means is used. As a servo motor for driving the ejector means, a compressing servo motor 8 is used. After the injection of the resin into the molds is started, the compressing servo motor 8 is driven after a set time and the resin in the molds is compressed for molding. Thus, a molded piece of high quality can be obtained. The pressure exerted on the resin by the ejector means is detected by a load cell 9 and the output torque of the compressing servo motor 8 is controlled so as to be a set value.
