Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling jig which can assemble an injection motor which is integrated with a ball screw in an electric injection molding machine safely and at low costs.SOLUTION: An assembling jig (30) is constituted by a tabular base (31), a guide shaft (32) which is vertical to the base (31) and a leg part (33). At the base (31), plural bolt holes (38, 39) are formed for fixing a stator (28) and a rotor (27). In assembling, the stator (28) is fixed to the base (31), and the rotor (27) is lowered with guide of a guide shaft (32) and is fixed to the base (31). Then, the guide shaft (32) is removed from the base (31), the assembling jig (30) to which the stator (28) and the rotor (27) are fixed is transported, and the rotor (27) is fixed to the rear end of a ball screw (24). The assembling jig (30) is removed after the stator (28) is fixed.
