Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a injection needle, and a production method therefor with which the bending in the case of inserting to a patient can reduced by improving rigidity of the puncture needle of which the cross-sectional area should be small.
SOLUTION: In a puncture needle 11 of which the blade face 12 is formed by obliquely cutting a top end, a cross-sectional form is an elliptical circle or ling circle, and is formed while being inclined in the ling axis direction of an elliptical circle or long circle. The blade face is formed by obliquely cutting one terminal part of a pipe-shaped material, next, a core metal is passed through the hole of the pipe-shaped material and in such a state, the cross-sectional form is made into elliptical circle or long circle by crushing the pipe- shaped material orthogonally to the inclining direction of the blade face 12. Afterwards, the core metal is removed.
