Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an injection nozzle aligning device capable of simply aligning an injection nozzle with the sprue of a mold.
SOLUTION: The injection nozzle aligning device has a taper processing part 4 of the hole continued to the location hole 3 provided to a fixed platen 2 to be widened toward the injection nozzle and an aligning tool 1 fitted to the location hole 3 and the taper processing part 4 is prepared. The recessed part 1c coinciding with the tip shape of the injection nozzle is provided to the center of the end surface of the jig 1. The tool 1 is fitted in the location hole 3 and the injection nozzle is locked with the recersed part 1c to be located at the center axis position of the location hole. Since the mold is attached to the fixed platen so that the location hole coincides with the center axis of the sprue of the mold, the injection nozzle and the sprue become a positionally matched state. The injection nozzle can be aligned simply and accurately even in a state that the mold and an injection screw cylinder are raised in temperature.
