Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the dispersion of the injection amount in an injection valve in which a piezoelectric element is made as an actuator.
SOLUTION: An injection valve is provided with a needle 2 to open and close an injection port 1b by moving in the axial direction, a piezoelectric element 10 to press the needle 2 in the axial direction by extending by the applied voltage, a piston 16 combined with the base end of the piezoelectric element 10, a belleville spring 17 to energize the piston 16 in the direction to compress the element 10, a damper chamber 27 partitioned by the piston 16, and a throttle passage 25 to give a resistance to the fuel to input and output to/from the damper chamber 27.
