Abstract:
To provide an ink composition for reversible thermochromic stamp and a stamp using the same, which can satisfy dry resistance even when a printing surface is exposed to ambient air, allow a user to clearly view an appearance of changing a color of the ink from a chromatic color (1) to a chromatic color (2) by a temperature change, can suppress bleed through, and can obtain a printed image which can prevent damage to a good appearance of a paper surface and contamination to other paper.SOLUTION: An ink composition for reversible thermochromic stamp comprises: a reversible thermochromic pigment whose average particle diameter is 0.5-5.0 μm and which includes a reversible thermochromic composition which is formed of (a) an electron donative coloration organic compound, (b) an electron reception compound, and (c) a reaction medium for reversibly generating, in a specific temperature region, an electron transfer reaction by the components (a) and (b); a non coloration colorant; and a moisturizing agent included by 30 mass% or greater in the whole ink composition. In the ink composition for reversible thermochromic stamp, a brightness value in a state of color discharge of the reversible thermochromic pigment, is 90 or lower, and there is also provided a stamp 1 using the same ink composition for reversible thermochromic stamp.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
