Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink film thickness management device that is capable of automatically measuring an ink film thickness in real time and automatically adjusting an ink output amount on the basis of a measuring result.SOLUTION: This ink film thickness management device that is provided with: a first sensor for measuring a first film thickness on the basis of the amount of reflected light from a duct roller surface before ink is transferred to a pattern roller; and a second sensor for measuring a second film thickness on the basis of the amount of reflected light from the duct roller surface after the ink has been transferred to the pattern roller, and that calculates an ink film thickness on the basis of a difference between the first film thickness and the second film thickness, and can adjust an ink output amount according to fluctuation in the calculated ink film thickness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
