Abstract:
To provide an ink jet ink which can form good white color even on an uneven black food without clogging ink jet nozzles.
Laver is printed with an ink jet ink comprising finely crushed shell powder as a white material and baby milk as a spreader. Thereby, the ink jet ink for foods has excellent food safety and exhibits good white color.
