Title:
INK JET PRINTING HEAD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3707071
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet printing head in which an electrode part is made resistant to conduction failures in comparison with the prior art when an ink jet printer is used.
SOLUTION: A through hole 36 is formed to a fixing plate 15, and a conductive filler 34 is filled in the through hole 36. Electrodes 33 and 35 (referring to Fig. 2) are fitted to both end parts of the filler 34. A multilayer type piezoelectric element 31 is set to a front face of the fixing plate 15, and a flexible cable 16 is set via the electrode 35 fitted to one end of the filler 34 to a rear face of the fixing plate 15. A conductive adhesive 32 is provided to the front face of the fixing plate 15 for turning conductive the electrode 33 fitted to the other end of the filler 34 and the multilayer type piezoelectric element 31. Tungsten or molybdenum-manganese alloy is used as the conductive filler 34, and both electrodes 33 and 35 are plated with gold.
