Abstract:

To provide an ink jet printing system mounted in a vehicle such as an automobile, a ship or the like and to obtain a good print even when an acceleration of a vehicle is changed in a method for controlling an ink jet printer.

The ink jet printing system 1 is mounted in the vehicle 91. The printing system 1 comprises an acceleration detecting means 11 for detecting the acceleration A of the vehicle 91. When the acceleration A exceeds a predetermined threshold value K01, its printing is stopped. When the acceleration A becomes smaller than a threshold value K02, printing is continued from data of a head line of a page in which the printing is stopped.
