Title:
INK JET RECORDING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS58183263
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To set an excitation voltage at the center of a non-satellite area and thereby to perform printing in a stable manner without being affected by pulsation, by detecting the temperature of ink and by determining the excitation voltage from a memory means on the basis of a detected-temperature signal obtained from the detection.

CONSTITUTION: A clock pulse is converted into a sine wave by a pulse-sine wave conversion circuit 10, and the wave is applied to a vibrator of an ink jet head 12 through an amplifier circuit 11. On the occasion, the amplification degree of the amplifier circuit 11 is controlled according to the temperature of ink. Practically, the temperature of ink is detected by a temperature detecting circuit 14, a code corresponding thereto is retrieved from a compensation table 13, and a sine-wave voltage to be impressed on the vibrator of the ink jet head 12 is set according to the code.
